Why use a FB Page for your business?
Quick tips for business owners who use Facebook. Do not use a Facebook group or regular profile for a business. Facebook profiles are for real people, and Facebook groups are for holding discussions about a topic,(person,service,plac
e,product, event etc).
Besides seeing people use numbers and nicknames for profile names(people migrating from myspace) there is nothing more annoying then seeing a business as a friend suggestion.
There are alot of advantages to using a fan page instead of a profile here is a few but there a plenty more. 1. fan pages are visible to unregistered people and are thus indexed by search engines 2. You can use 3rd party applications to promote your business 3. You can see viewer trends to your page.
